Our Level 4 Conference Room sits 15 – 25 people and can be used for product launches, presentations, training, networking functions, casual meetings or full board meetings. It is fully fitted with Video conferencing equipment, tele conferencing, Data projectors, Screens, electronic white board. It has a large balcony lounge area for break out and relaxing.

For after hour functions, our attractive reception area can also be used in conjunction with the Boardroom for meeting and greeting your guests.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are included in the daily hire charge. Additional catering for meetings / functions is available with prior arrangement through our receptionist who will work with you to suit your requirements.
A fully outfitted state of the art training room is also available for hire on Level 4. Our training room sits 15 people comfortably. It is available for hire for half days, full days and multiple days. We are able to cater for your needs with prior arrangement.

The Training room and boardrooms have telephone conferencing facilities as well as fibre optic internet. Both facilities come with an array of presentation equipment such as screens, overhead projector, , flip charts and electronic white boards – included free of charge with the hire of any of the rooms.

Four other Boardrooms are available for meetings ranging from 4 – 15 people. These can be hired on an hourly or day rate, starting from $40 an hour.

Our functions coordinator can assist you with organising your event or do it for you. For your next meeting or function we will be very happy to provide you with a competitive proposal.

We are able to provide you with a full complement of secretarial services including word-processing, desk top design, power point presentation, data base establishment and management and report binding.
Our secretary is also competent at online survey programs such as Survey Consul and Survey Monkey.


Mail is delivered to you by 9am each morning couriered from the local post office. Outgoing mail is picked up posted for you at the end of the day.
